But these are all temporary. And that for every temporary challenge there could be new opportunities that arise. So I think that its good to go back to the big picture. Wenny Lin, PhD, MPH, has crisscrossed the country a couple of times due to her spouse’s medical journey and successfully negotiated with her employers to work from home even before the pandemic made it the norm. She has worked as an epidemiologist and data scientist in academia, government, and the pharmaceutical industry.
