Healthcare Design is launching a new survey on staffing issues within the healthcare design firm environment.
HCD Survey: Staffing in Healthcare Design is a follow-up to the 2022 A/E/C Survey completed earlier this year. In the A/E/C Survey, firms indicated that talent acquisition remains a top challenge, particularly as it relates to managing current project workloads.
To dig deeper, the HCD Survey: Staffing in Healthcare Design seeks industry feedback on the state of staffing in healthcare design firms. This includes issues tied to recruitment, retention, office work policies, and DEI strategies.
The survey is open to any healthcare design professional (architect, interior designer, engineer, builder, etc.) working in a firm environment. This specific survey is not applicable to those working for a health system.
The deadline to respond is Friday, June 24.
An analysis of the results will be published in the August 2022 issue of Healthcare Design and be available as a downloadable report online. Participants who complete the survey will be entered into a drawing for a $100 Visa gift card.
